Stephanie is the founder of Beyond Consulting, where her career as a clinical pharmacologist transcends traditional boundaries. Just as the laboratory bench symbolizes her educational roots, her journey has extended further, blending clinical excellence with strategic mindset, and entrepreneurship with artistry.
Stephanie’s career began in the clinical setting with a notable tenure in Intensive Care Pharmacy, studying brain injuries.
Stephanie now leads the Beyond team, offering clinical operations strategy and scientific advisory. She is also the Clinical Director at Mystic Health, the Research Director at the 501c3 Microdosing Collective, and a researcher with North Toronto Neurology.
Stephanie believes in the undercurrent of joy woven into the fabric of our existence and thus creates the talks and workshops where the human experience is explored through the lenses of science, culture, and celebration.With experience in neurology, intensive care, and medical device at Johnson & Johnson, she is a recognized leader in innovative healthcare. Her work bridges neuroscience, women’s health, plant medicine, and the healing power of music. A musician, writer, and speaker, Stephanie also builds community through gatherings rooted in music and meaning.

With over 14 years of clinical experience, with five devoted to psychedelic medicine, she has mastered the most efficient and effective way to clear the narratives impeding a happy and healthful life. Dr Lynn Parodneck, OBGYN, Clinical Educator

Dr. Lynn Parodneck is a highly regarded medical cannabis clinician with over 20 years of experience. Originally trained in obstetrics and gynecology at Sarah Lawrence College and New York College of Medicine, she ran a private practice in Manhattan before focusing primarily on cannabis medicine. She operates a solo practice from her home in northern Westchester, where she has lived since 1989.She is known for her highly personalized, patient-centered approach, which includes extensive education, house calls, and making care accessible for people facing financial or physical barriers. A dedicated educator, Dr. Parodneck started with local workshops and has since spoken at national conferences such as the National Cannabis Industry Association, Westchester Psychological Association, and the Spring Into Cannabis Symposium. Her work has been featured in Good Housekeeping, The New York Daily News, and NPR.
She lives and works in a 200-year-old carriage house with her dogs Harry, Rose, and Peanut. Although medical cannabis is not a formal subspecialty, she has developed deep expertise through long-term care of hundreds of patients.

Dr. Dina Karvounides is a licensed clinical psychologist who integrates behavioral and insight-oriented approaches to provide compassionate, individualized care. With 15 years of experience spanning academic medical centers, humanitarian work, private practice, and contributions to a chronic pain clinic as well as two psychedelically informed practices, she brings a wealth of clinical and operational expertise.
Certified in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and pursuing Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy certification , Dr. Karvounides is inspired by decades of promising psychedelic research. She is especially passionate about expanding access to these emerging treatments for marginalized populations, including refugees and immigrants.

Dr. Stephanie Colantonio is a physician, herbalist, and mindfulness teacher. She practices integrative medicine, focusing on pre-menopausal menstrual cycle concerns and mental/emotional health. She offers ketamine assisted psychotherapy in collaboration with local therapists and is an advisor for the non-profit Deva Collective, an organization committed to research in the field of women’s health and psychedelics. She is committed to supporting reproductive justice through the project Luna Flow Health.Stephanie is a mom to a toddler and two cats. Time in nature is her medicine. She loves hiking, yoga, dance, singing, and celebrating the human condition in all its facets.

Erin has a unique passion for women's health, hormones, female and male fertility and so much more. She has a background in both conventional and functional approaches to lifestyle medicine, along with training in mindset/behavior change to achieve optimal and lasting results for clients.
Seeing people thrive is what inspires her work. Erin loves travelling, dancing, hiking, spending time with her husband and two dogs, and trying new things! She won the World Salsa Championships with her salsa dance team in 2005.

A board-certified family medicine physician with an MBA, Dr. Spence brings experience across primary care, emergency medicine, hospital medicine, and wellness-focused practice. A former competitive figure skater and Olympic hopeful, her early experiences as an athlete and patient helped shape a lifelong interest in medicine, performance, recovery, and the connection between physical and emotional well-being.
